Prime Brisket Platter$30Zee's Favorite. USDA Prime brisket, smoked low and slow for 16 hours. A half pound, hand-sliced.
Two-Meat Combo Platter$23Choose two: 1/4 lb pulled pork, a whole sausage link, or a smoked chicken leg quarter. Make one of them 1/4 lb Prime brisket +$4.
